This is a very pretty waisted dress made from a white cotton top and lilac dot shirt cut on a circle to make a fuller skirt, if you wanted to turn this int a party dress you could add a petticoat! It has very effective details: Bow Ribbon to the neck, matching ribbon on the sleeves which are elasticated and hemmed. The back has a zip and the neck is finished with white satin.
